1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Easipay platform, including our website, applications, and financial services such as money transfer, AEPS, mobile recharge, bill payments, account opening, and wallet services (collectively, the "Services").

By registering for, accessing, or using Easipay, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

2. Eligibility

To use Easipay, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Be a resident of India or otherwise authorized to use the Services in your jurisdiction.
  • Complete required KYC verification and provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
  • Not be prohibited from using financial services under applicable law.

3. Account Registration & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted through your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized access or suspected security breach.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information, violate these Terms, or are involved in fraudulent or suspicious activity.

4. Services & Transactions

Easipay facilitates financial transactions through authorized banking and payment partners. Transaction processing is subject to partner availability, regulatory requirements, and system limits. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service at all times.

  • All transactions are subject to verification, compliance checks, and applicable charges.
  • Transaction status, settlement timelines, and refunds depend on the nature of the service and partner policies.
  • You are solely responsible for verifying beneficiary details before initiating any transaction.
  • Once a transaction is successfully processed, reversal may not be possible except as permitted by law or partner rules.

5. Wallet, Settlement & Fees

Wallet balances, commission credits, settlements, and service charges are governed by your account type, applicable rate slabs, and platform policies. Fees and charges may be updated from time to time with reasonable notice where required.

You agree that Easipay may deduct applicable charges, penalties, or adjustments from your wallet balance or settlement amount where permitted.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use Easipay for:

  • Money laundering, terrorist financing, or any unlawful purpose.
  • Fraudulent, misleading, or unauthorized transactions.
  • Circumventing KYC, AML, or transaction monitoring controls.
  • Attempting to hack, disrupt, reverse engineer, or misuse the platform.
  • Processing transactions on behalf of unverified or unauthorized third parties.

7. Compliance & Verification

You authorize Easipay and its partners to verify your identity, conduct due diligence, and share information with regulators, banks, and authorized agencies as required by law. We may request additional documents or suspend services pending verification.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, software, and materials on the Easipay platform are owned by Easipay or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any part of the platform without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Easipay shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, including delays, partner failures, network issues, or incorrect information provided by you.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services shall not exceed the fees paid by you to Easipay for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Easipay, its affiliates, officers, and partners from any claims, losses, penalties, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Services, or violation of applicable laws.

11. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms, regulatory requirements, security concerns, or non-payment of dues. You may request account closure subject to settlement of outstanding obligations.

12. Grievance Redressal

For complaints or disputes related to the Services, please refer to our Customer Grievance Redressal policy.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable dispute resolution mechanisms, courts at the location of Easipay's registered office shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
